PAMPHLET PROJECT

pamphlet design
In this project, I created 3D-style pamphlets for Divine Word College using Adobe InDesign as the primary design tool, with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for image editing and graphic enhancements. In addition, as a bilingual student, I translated the content into Burmese to better serve Burmese immigrant and Burmese American communities.

PAMPHLET PROJECT II

pamphlet design
For this project, I created 4-panel, 3D-style pamphlet for Divine Word College using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. I translated the content into Burmese to better serve Burmese communities. I took a leadership role in managing the project from design to final press printing of 5,000 copies. This was my first time leading a project through the full production process. Some challenges I overcame include alignment issues during printing, color adjustments, and deciding between gloss or matte finishes.

ZINE PROJECT

pamphlet design
This zine project focuses on abstract photography. I enjoy looking at everyday objects in different ways and capturing their hidden beauty, shapes, and lines. Even normal things can become interesting when you see them from a new perspective. This project also reflects the feeling of being overwhelmed in social situations. It shows how the world can feel distorted, intense, and abstract during those moments.

DIGITALS

music album design
I created a music poster for a design competition hosted by Iowa Community College’s Advertising Design Invitational. I designed the poster using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator utilizing basic rendering skills.

LOGO I

music album design
In this project, I created a logo design for the Career and Transfer Hub department intranet page at NICC. The color palette and typography follow the college’s brand guidelines. The design was created using Adobe Illustrator.

story template design
This is a design I sell on Gumroad.com. I created the original design, using free elements from Canva. I removed backgrounds and completed all edits without a premium account, to challenge and test my Canva skills.

promotional post
This is a classroom project for a social media campaign. I used the Stanley brand, a favorite among college students for water tumblers, to highlight the product’s “cool factor.” I focused on making the ice look as realistic as possible, so the tumbler appears refreshing and visually appealing on social media. I used Adobe Illustrator to enhanced the images, text overlays and graphic details to keep the content modern and shareable.

Divine Word Post
This is one of my favorite projects that I designed entirely from scratch during my time as a Graphic Design Intern at Divine Word College. I created the full layout and visual concept independently using Canva, without relying on any premium templates or design elements.

Banner CoverPost
This banner project was created during my internship with the Career Services Department at Northeast Iowa Community College. I designed the banner using Adobe Illustrator and incorporated a mockup to help my supervisor better visualize the final outcome. I focused on maintaining the brand identity by using the official logo, tone of voice, and color palette. Exploring layout, proportions, and composition within Adobe software was one of the most enjoyable parts of the process.

POSTSTAGE STAMPS

poststage stamp
In this project, I created a series of traditional media-inspired postage stamps for my creative portfolio. The design is inspired by vintage postage stamps from 1990s Yangon, Myanmar. I used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to achieve a realistic, nostalgic look that reflects the visual style of that era.

WEBSITE

website burger king
In this project, I created both a desktop and mobile website for my final class project. I am still improving my coding skills, but I used HTML and CSS to build a responsive layout. I included a contact form, a table, and navigation links. This project shows my progress and growing confidence in web development.
